Thank you for being a Fortress Power installer. We created our Firmware Update Kit to ensure that our installers have all the tools necessary to update the firmware on our batteries.
If you do not have a CAN-tool, please create a support ticket and our Applications Engineers can provide you with the tools needed.
Once you have your CAN-Tool and appropriate cables, use the links below to get started. Please DO NOT update any Fortress Power battery firmware unless directed by Fortress Power technical support
